Upfront’s Rhobust® technology provides plant processors a method to isolate pure soluble proteins with excellent nutritional and functional properties. The isolated proteins are devoid of fat, carbohydrate, minerals and in most cases the proteins are tasteless suitable for use in high-value food applications.

Often the volumes in plant processing industries are substantial with only a little fraction of the protein available (soluble) for capture which fits perfectly with the recovery opportunities offered by the Rhobust technology. The opportunity to capture only a few percent of the plant protein typically generate significant value due to the size of process volumes.
